The location of this place is fantastic, being close to a bus stop, bars, and restaurants.

The price is low. it is near to the restaurants and the night maket area in the new city.

If you like the heritage more, old city is a better choice.

Walk from a bus station to get everywhere quickly.

The staff here were extremely polite and my room, which was a double with a fan and a hot water shower, was exceptionally clean and spacious.

newly renovated exceptionally comfortable hotel with magnificent location in rather more pleasant sleeping quarters. particularly good breakfast to start the day with fresh meals, thai food, option-honest portions.

The owner of the guesthouse ard very helpful, the bed is the most comfortable ever:-), food are delicious, cleanliness is number one.. next time we come visit sukhothai we sure stay here:-)

The place had a great location, near bars and restaurants.

The location was convenient for the bus to historical site and parking was secure - free wifi worked well. It was a fair price and well managed.

The location though convenient was unattractive and the gate to the parking area was locked early so I had to leave vehicle outside . .Our room was in the main building - small dreary and with little natural light and no fridge or tv etc.- truly budget but it was clean apart from dirty bathroom mirror and OK for price. The likely (only) reason you may wish to be in the town is for the historical site so for 1 night its not such a bad choise and the bungalows in the back may be more attractive.Note that the town fills up at Loi Kratung and you will be lucky to get anywhere unless booking well in advance.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good, how ever not included so if you want it, you have to pay for it. They have computers to use.

the room was air conditioned. the room was a nice size, which is brilliant value in comparison to other guesthouses. 3. the location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, buses, and taxis for the historical park.

The staff were excellent and able to help with any difficulties you might face. They were able to rent motorbikes and organise tours to the historical park. Rooms were comfortable but not exactly luxury; they represent good value for the price.

Spacious rooms. Powerful a/C. Really nice staff. We took the Dodo tour of the ruins which was great! Highly recommend and we think it was definitely worth 600 baht.

Wifi on the second floor was a little fritzy.

The clean and affordable room with a private bathroom made me happy during my stay here.

The location of this place is lovely, situated near Ta Pha Dean Shrine, and conveniently close to bars and cafes.

The hotel is located 2 km from bus station in New Sukhothai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The room is wonderful - it is quite small but it is very clean and colourful and you have everything what you need. The restaurant is very nice and the prices are not so high.
